Calibrator for Pressure Sensors

We have developed a product that simulates real-world conditions for calibrating pressure sensors. The acquired sensor data is converted into calibration data and stored in the EEPROM of the pressure sensor. This enables every pressure sensor to have its own specific pressure characteristics mapped and stored. By employing this method, any production tolerances in the sensors are automatically compensated by within the software. This delivers improved sensitivity and accuracy of the pressure sensors.
This product is comprised of embedded hardware and firmware and implements a user-friendly PC user interface.

Controller for Triple Axis Accelerometer

This product is composed of a compact electronic circuit board (15 mm x 12 mm) based on the MC56F82 MCU with corresponding firmware. This embedded device controls 3-axis acceleration sensors. This 3-Axis Accelerometer controller is normally used to operate domestic machines such as dishwashers, washing machines etc. to control door activation mechanisms.

Platform for Ultrasonic Sensors

Our Platform is used to process data received from ultrasonic sensors for the measurement of the flow rate or quantity of liquid moving through a pipe. It is a generic device that can be integrated into a flowmeter used for monitoring water or any other liquid. Intefrace for Speed and Rotation Sense Sensors

Our speed measurement device uses Delta Sigma Technology to convert analogue signals from high-precision resolvers into digital values. A Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) captures the data and processes it with only a negligible time delay.

Regulator of Temperature Sensors

The Temperature and Humidity Regulator device is a hardware module consisting of 8 channels for external environmental condition sensors. Up to 8 temperature and humidity sensors can be connected. The Intelligent Firmware calibrates the connected sensors and measures their values. A typical application for this device is for domestic washer-dryer program controls.
