Trapezoidal Drive Controller for BLDC

Trapezoidal Drive Controller for BLDC Motors

Our Trapezoidal Drive Controller is based on motor Control using direct back EMF detection. Our advanced controller Firmware has been developed so that the EMF sensing scheme can be embedded in a low-cost 8-bit MCU.

Sinusoidal Drive Controller for BLDC Motors

Our Sinusoidal Drive Controller is a BLDC Motors Controller using Hall Sensors. We are able to drive our BLDC Motors to speeds of up to 12,000 RPM.

Vector Controller (FOC) for PMSM

Vector / Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM)

Our Vector Controller, also known as a Field-Oriented Controller, is an integrated Microsystem optimized for the Infineon Tricore MCU TC1767 device using a powerful 3-phase servo Gate driver at voltages of up to 48 V with a complete Firmware stack. The integrated Gate driver powers a wide range of N-channel power switches for 48 V PMSM.

Our Firmware implements a field-oriented current control using space vector PWM, a velocity control loop, position control loop and ramp controllers. It uses a/b/n incremental (quadrature) encoder for monitoring position feedback.

Our Precision Controller is based on standard Hardware using our Firmware designed for the MSP430 MCU device. Our Firmware concept is based upon measuring the torques of different types and sizes of Stepper Motors for a defined period in order to identify the operation point that delivers the best performance and lowest energy consumption.
